    With our simple fill-in forms, you will choose the marketing piece or product you would like us to create, upload your current design(s) and content, and tell us what you would like to see different.

    Real People, All the Time

    From there, we will schedule a brief call with one of designers (via phone or email) about your needs. Together, we will create a finished product that perfectly represents and enhances your brand.

  • Step 3

    Timely Turn-Around

    We know how precious your time and resources are. You will receive your first draft within 2-3 business days.

  • Step 4

    Review and Revise

    If there are edits needed after you have reviewed, your designer will provide two rounds of revisions.

  • Step 5

    Approve and Download

    Once you are happy with your project, your files will be sent to you via hightail in a print ready PDF format or other applicable file(s) See FAQ’s for details.

Frequently Asked Questions

You can choose from our Starter level ($125/piece) or from our Unlimited level ($950/month). Both levels include a personal call with our designer and 2 revisions. For those that need numerous pieces monthly (flyers, postcards, formal letter layout, sales sheets, invitations, etc), we recommend our month-to-month, unlimited program for only $950 a month with no long term contract*. You don’t want the services any more? No problem. Send us an email canceling and we will not bill you any further. For more details on pricing, check out our pricing section.

*This package will be auto-billed every month until cancellation.

After the consulting call (or email) we send you a rough draft within 2-3 business days. You then have 1-2 business days to send us revisions, edits and feedback. From there, we will make any necessary changes and send back a final version (awaiting your approval) within 1-2 business days.

Absolutely! We offer a rush option that will guarantee you having the final files to you 4 business days* after your request form is submitted. The rush fee is $250. *Pending that the client gives DesignFixx revisions, edits and approvals within 24 hours of the first and second draft.

Yes. We design and develop our electronic email blasts and newsletters in MailChimp so we ask that you have a MailChimp account set up for easy transferring of the files to your account.

We will gladly make a few small tweaks here and there at no extra charge.

Yes, we can design other requested marketing materials under our “Custom” level. Contact us at for pricing.

You can submit your pre-existing designs via our “Get Started” form here. Please upload high resolution JPEG or PDF files. Having trouble uploading? Feel free to send us your files via email to .

You will receive your final files in PDF and JPEG formats. Other formats (excluding native files) are available upon request.

No, it does not. You will receive all your print ready downloadable files from us. We are always happy to refer you to our favorite companies for such needs though! Just ask for our preferred vendor list!

Yes. We will provide you with 2 variations of design during the draft round, then from there you can select your preference for us to finalize.
